Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to build and manage supplier relationships, identify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and improve vendor performance. You will lead vendor selection, conduct risk and cost analysis, implement quality standards, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering teams to meet product and delivery goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in vendor management or sourcing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering, and excellent communication. Proficiency in supplier performance metrics, contract management, and continuous improvement is required.
