Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Behavioral Health Billing Specialist to join our Islamabad team supporting US clients. You will review and process medical claims, verify demographics, insurance eligibility and benefits, post payments, manage denials and appeals, perform collections and reporting, maintain accurate patient billing records, develop KPIs/dashboards, and communicate with patients and providers. Candidates must have 2+ years of US medical billing experience, proficiency with billing software and coding systems, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume environment. Must work on-site during US business hours and have excellent written and spoken English. Full-time, in-person position.
