Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and ledger reconciliation. You will monitor customer accounts, post payments, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with sales and finance teams to maintain accurate cash flow records. Ideal candidate has 2+ years AR experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and basic GAAP knowledge preferred. This role demands accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving to support company financial operations.
