Job Description
eServMD, a leading healthcare services company, seeks a detail-oriented Patient Help Desk to join our team in Islamabad. You will manage patient and doctor availability, coordinate appointments with the front desk, handle reschedules and cancellations, and work with client-specific procedures and software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prior US healthcare experience as a Patient Scheduler, strong attention to detail, adaptability, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: Park Road, Islamabad — in person; shift 6 PM to 3 AM.
