Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Patient Services Representative to manage patient and physician scheduling, coordinate front-desk appointments, reschedule cancellations, and follow client procedures and software. Must have experience in US healthcare as a Patient Scheduler, medical billing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Full-time, in-person at Park Road Islamabad, shift 6 PM to 3 AM.
