Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. in Islamabad is hiring a Medical Billing Team Lead (Behavioral Health) to manage billing operations for US-based clients. You will supervise a billing team, review and process claims, verify demographics and insurance eligibility, handle denial management and appeals, post payments, analyze collections, develop KPIs/dashboards, and communicate with providers and patients. Candidates must have 2+ years USA medical billing experience, proficiency with billing software and coding, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and spoken English. Must work on-site during US business hours. Job type: Full-time, in person.
