Job Description
eShaafi Limited seeks a professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our DHA Phase VII, Lahore office (onsite). Full-time, permanent; 0–6 months experience. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp queries; assisting patients with bookings, rescheduling, lab bookings and discounts; managing doctor rosters and appointment updates; collecting patient feedback; escalating payment, call quality, and technical issues; coordinating with corporate partners; and maintaining daily reports.
