Job Description
Esire is seeking a skilled Technical and Fit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify and troubleshoot fit and pattern issues, ensuring precise corrections and thorough follow-up. You will approve garment construction and finishing techniques to guarantee product durability and wearability.
Key responsibilities include conducting fit checks, collaborating with pattern makers, and maintaining accurate technical packs. You will also oversee quality assurance checkpoints to ensure consistency in sizing and construction across all product categories.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical design, preferably in western wear.
