Job Description
ETS Devices seeks a proactive Sales Representative to manage customer interactions across the sales lifecycle. You will be the main customer contact: acknowledge and manage RFQs on CHESS; liaise with vendors/OEMs/distributors for pricing; conduct pre-award calls and clarify technical needs; confirm orders and coordinate next steps; collect billing, shipping, and end-user details; place orders, share AROs and PODs; and follow up to ensure satisfaction and identify additional requirements. Requirements: experience in sales, customer service, or account management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; basic technical understanding is a plus. Job Type: Full-time. Location: In person.
