Job Description
We seek a full-time E-commerce Operations & Sales Executive based on-site at E/11-3, Islamabad. You will manage order validation and confirmations, upsell to doctors and key clients, handle customer service across phone, email, and social media, process returns and undelivered shipments, coordinate pickups and inventory, assist with packaging and payment recovery, and maintain daily CRM KPIs and reports. Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and be self-motivated. Success is measured by timely accurate confirmations, low return rates, high customer satisfaction/resolution, and upsell/conversion numbers. Salary: PKR 35,00/month fixed + commissions/bonus (approx. PKR 30,00–40,00).
