Job Description
On-site, full-time role in E/11-3. Compensation: PKR 35,00/month fixed plus commissions/bonus (PKR 35,00–50,00). Responsibilities: validate orders by phone, confirm addresses, identify upsell opportunities, handle customer inquiries and returns via phone, email, and social media, coordinate pickups/deliveries, assist with inventory and packaging, and support payment recovery/disbursal. Requirements: customer service or sales experience, strong communication and multitasking, self-starter. Success measured by timely confirmations, low returns, high resolution rates, and upsell conversions.
