Job Description
EWDTech is hiring a Customer Service Representative Intern to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth service experience across phone, email, and chat. Key duties include responding to queries, handling complaints professionally, maintaining accurate interaction records, and assisting the team as needed. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional attitude, basic computer and typing ability, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Details: Trial period 1 week; stipend PKR 10,00–15,00 during trial; internship (3-month contract); in-person work with potential for long-term placement based on performance.
