EWDTech seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR operations. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, performance management, training coordination, SOP development, and ensure labor law compliance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, has working knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations, strong communication, confidentiality, organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency with MS Office and HR tools. Full-time, in-person position requiring hands-on HR leadership and daily administrative support.
