Job Description
Join Executive Global Services as a Call Center Agent in our Customer Service / Support department! This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in communication and customer care.
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing detailed product and service information, and resolving issues efficiently.
We are looking for candidates with strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills, along with basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in a call center is a plus.
The starting salary is Rs40,00.00 per month and the position is based in Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi.
