Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Proposal Writer with proven results in winning projects, specifically in the Amazon Listing Optimization and Amazon PPC niche.

This role is ideal for someone who understands sales psychology, writes high-converting proposals, and knows how to position services to stand out in a competitive Upwork marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Write custom, high-quality Upwork proposals daily (up to 5 proposals per day)
• Analyze job postings and tailor proposals to client pain points
• Apply sales psychology and persuasive copywriting techniques
• Maintain proposal quality over quantity
• Collaborate using Upwork and Google Docs

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of winning jobs on Upwork (mandatory)
• Strong experience writing proposals for Amazon Listing Optimization and Amazon PPC services
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Deep understanding of sales psychology and conversion-focused copywriting
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily deadlines
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
