Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Agriculture Farm Manager to manage daily farm operations, supervise staff, and ensure healthy crop production. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring agricultural activities to improve productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day farm operations (crops, irrigation, inputs) Supervise farm labor and assign daily tasks Plan sowing, harvesting, and crop rotation schedules Monitor soil health, fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation Maintain farm records (expenses, production, labor) Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment Control pests, diseases, and weeds Report farm progress to management regularly

2–5 years of experience in farm management Practical knowledge of crops, fertilizers, and pesticides Ability to manage labor and work independently Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
