Job Description
Experts Communication is seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center Agent to enhance our team. We value strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the capability to efficiently manage both outbound and inbound calls.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs60,00 per month
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional calls
- Provide superior customer service
- Resolve inquiries and complaints

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of call center experience; strong communication skills; ability to work night shift.
