Job Description
Experts Communication seeks a Customer Service Representative for our North Nazimabad, Karachi office. Full-time, in-person role (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). Salary Rs40,00–Rs50,00/month (based on skills). Candidates should have 1+ year call center or customer service experience; entry-level applicants with strong English are encouraged. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving inquiries, supporting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required: excellent verbal and written English, objection-handling and closing skills, target-driven attitude, and night-shift availability. Benefits: five working days (weekends off), competitive pay with performance reviews every four months, health insurance, monthly company dinners, and annual picnic.
