Job Description
Job Title:
Floor Supervisor – Final Expense (FE) Campaign
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Floor Supervisor for our Final Expense Campaign to oversee floor operations, manage experienced agents, and ensure performance targets, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day floor operations of the FE campaign
- Monitor live calls and ensure adherence to Final Expense compliance and scripts
- Support, guide, and motivate experienced agents to achieve sales targets
- Track agent performance, attendance, and productivity on the floor
- Handle floor-level escalations and resolve agent or customer issues
- Coordinate with supervisors and management for smooth campaign execution
- Ensure lead utilization, quality control, and conversion optimization
- Prepare daily performance and floor activity reports
- Assist in onboarding and training refreshers for agents
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Final Expense (FE) campaign (mandatory)
- Prior experience as a Floor Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Agent preferred
- Strong knowledge of FE products, call flow, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage pressure and meet daily targets
