Job Description
EZ MD Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations in our medical billing, digital marketing, and software development systems. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring system security.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, proven IT support experience, knowledge of network management, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance. Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs37,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Applicants must be willing to commute to Rawalpindi.
