Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team at Ezify SMC Private Limited. In this role, you will coordinate and dispatch drivers, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining excellent communication among customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers based on customer needs and delivery schedules.
- Monitor real-time routes using dispatch software and provide updates to drivers.
- Maintain accurate records of logs, reports, and delivery times.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and communicate with customers.
Qualifications: High school diploma required, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in dispatch software are essential.
