Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is seeking a skilled and proactive Female Customer Representative Supervisor to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in English and the local language, strong leadership qualities, and a flair for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and monitor customer support officers.
- Ensure client conversion targets are met.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly.
