Job Description
Fairchance for CRM is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. In this role, you will guide clients through CRM software implementations, customize solutions, and optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client processes to identify CRM needs.
- Implement and customize CRM solutions.
- Provide training and support to client staff.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven CRM consulting experience.
