Job Description
We seek a motivated Telemarketing Representative to generate leads, make outbound calls, promote services, close sales, and maintain CRM records. Responsibilities include delivering scripted pitches, adapting to customer needs, following up leads, meeting sales targets, handling objections professionally, and staying product-informed. Requirements: proven telesales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organization and time management, MS Office and CRM proficiency; bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferred: experience in insurance or real estate and strong problem-solving. Salary Rs30,00–Rs60,00/month; competitive base plus commission, provident fund, company-sponsored lunch, and flexible hours. Full-time, in-person role at Faisalabad Realtors.
