Job Description
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager at Fexart Studios to lead a small team of three, drive sales, manage proposals and Upwork bidding, and expand our pipeline. Hours: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, Mon–Fri. Responsibilities include following up leads from Upwork, LinkedIn and inbound channels, coordinating with internal teams, tracking outreach and conversion metrics, and improving sales processes. Requirements: 2–4 years in business development, client management or sales (design/creative/IT preferred), strong written and verbal communication, organized, proactive, hands-on with Upwork/LinkedIn, and comfortable in a fast-paced small team.
