Job Description
Fexart Studios seeks an Inbound Customer Support Representative for a night shift (7:00 PM–3:00 AM). Salary PKR 30,00–35,00 (up to 38,00 based on experience). Responsibilities: professionally handle inbound calls, answer queries, maintain call records, and follow company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: basic English communication, fresh candidates welcome; prior call center/CSR experience is a plus. Full-time, in-person position.
