Job Description
Position: Support Engineer
Career Level: Intermediate
Shift Type: Rotational (Morning/Evening/Night)
Location: Karachi
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of networks and operating systems.
- Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
- Network troubleshooting and fault analysis.
- Site visits required for troubleshooting.
- Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of GPON infrastructure.
- Understanding of IP protocols, Ethernet, DNS, and DHCP.
