Job Title: Sales Manager – Kitchens & Wardrobes
Department: Sales
Location: DHA PHASE 4 LAHORE
Reports To: CEO
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Kitchen and Wardrobe segment. The role involves managing showroom sales, handling high-value clients, supervising the sales team, and driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for kitchens and wardrobes
- Generate new business through walk-in clients, referrals, architects, and designers
- Handle high-potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
Client Consultation & Project Coordination
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with designers and technical teams to ensure accurate proposals
- Follow up with clients from initial consultation to project closure
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution teams
Team Management
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales consultants/design consultants
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Provide on-the-job training and sales coaching
- Prepare duty rosters and manage showroom coverage
Showroom & Customer Experience
- Ensure showroom displays are updated and professionally maintained
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a premium buying experience
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Sales Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track conversion ratios and sales pipeline performance
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on kitchen and wardrobe trends, materials, finishes, and accessories
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demand
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
Experience
- 7–8 years of sales experience, preferably in kitchens, wardrobes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Leadership and team management capability
- Good understanding of interior materials and modular systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
