Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking motivated Chat Support Officers for morning, evening, and night shifts at our Gulberg Lahore office.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and liaise with relevant departments.
- Collect customer feedback to share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in Chat Support or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
