Job Description

Firm Tech Services is seeking a full-time IT Help & Support Assistant based in Shahalam Market, Lahore (9am–9pm). Duties include setting up hardware; installing and configuring Windows, drivers, printers, routers; implementing and maintaining LAN/WAN, servers and IPs; performing upgrades; troubleshooting failures and bugs; arranging maintenance; providing timely user support and training; coordinating contract requirements and negotiations; protecting confidential information and following company policies. In-person role. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
