Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking chat support agents; experience preferred. Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore. Shifts: Morning 8am–4pm, Evening 4pm–12am, Night 12am–8am. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries promptly and accurately, identifying customer needs and guiding use of features, and monitoring social media complaints while coordinating with relevant departments.
