Job Description
The Role:
First Class Communications (FCC), a leading call center in Islamabad, is hiring an Onsite Sales Agent. You will sell Medicare and ACA health plans to clients in the US, providing a great opportunity for rewarding employment.
Your Earnings: Salary: Rs. 27,00 per month + Rs. 3,00 attendance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Maintaining CRM records.
- Following compliance and script guidelines.
- Verifying details and capturing information.
- Transitioning qualified leads to agents.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months as CSR/Fronter.
- Basic phone and computer skills.
