Job Description
We are seeking an Expert Workers’ Compensation (WC) Collector for Fit Solutions for a full-time, in-person night shift (9pm–6am). Responsibilities include end-to-end claims processing and investigation, communicating with injured employees, medical providers and insurers, maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory submissions, negotiating settlements, collaborating with legal teams, ensuring compliance with WC laws, and producing status reports and process-improvement recommendations while delivering supportive customer service. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven WC claims management experience (2+ years preferred), in-depth knowledge of WC regulations, strong negotiation and organizational skills, attention to detail. Relevant certifications in WC or claims management are a plus.
