Job Description
FiveRivers Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to enhance and strengthen our relationships with international clients. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage client interactions, facilitate weekly check-ins, monitor project progress, and convert feedback into actionable tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and a confident personality are essential, along with a solid technical understanding of product development.
