Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to support our Accounts Department at FixIT Consul-tech. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data, facilitating smooth operations within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update financial data into accounting software.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating financial reports.
- Organize and manage the filing system for documents.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team daily.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
