Job Description
We seek an Assistant Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls. You will prepare consolidated financial statements, manage reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
The role leads a small team, supports external audits, implements control improvements, and partners with finance and business stakeholders to resolve variances and streamline processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred; 4–6 years in financial reporting; strong Excel and ERP experience; attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.
