Job Description
FoneRep is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a US-based Campaign. The role includes 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and active listening skills
– Self-motivated and organized team player
– Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
– Must work night shifts (starting at 6 PM)
