Job Description

As a Rider Retention Specialist you will increase active rider engagement and reduce churn by developing retention programs, incentives, and communication strategies. You will analyze rider behavior and KPIs, run A/B tests, manage feedback and disputes, and coordinate with operations and marketing to improve rider experience. Requirements: 1 to 2 years in customer success or operations, strong communication, data analysis skills (Excel or SQL a plus), problem solving, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
