Job Description
We are hiring an International Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from global customers, provide excellent service, resolve inquiries, and document interactions.
Responsibilities include answering calls in English, troubleshooting issues, managing order inquiries, and escalating complex cases to relevant teams with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications: fluent English, strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, basic computer literacy, and availability for flexible shifts. Prior call center or international support experience is preferred.
