Fresh Basket Call Centre is seeking a customer-oriented and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will provide exceptional service to our clients and assist with inquiries through calls, emails, and chat support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist customers with orders and shipment tracking
- Manage foodpanda orders and logistics
- Update product information on our website
- Collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
