Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Female Sales Executive to represent Fresh Basket at our Defence Outlets. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, promote our premium products, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will play a key part in driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers in-store, offering assistance, and sharing product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales Promotion: Promote Fresh Basket’s products, special offers, and seasonal sales to maximize conversions and increase revenue.
• Brand Representation: Ensure that all interactions reflect the values and image of the Fresh Basket brand, maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Product Knowledge: Be fully informed about Fresh Basket’s product range, including fresh produce, grocery items, and specialty products, to answer customer queries and offer recommendations.
• Demonstrations & Sampling: Organize and execute in-store product demonstrations and sampling events to showcase new products or promotions.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and customer service.
• Merchandising Support: Assist in maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products, promotions, and the overall shopping experience to share with the management team for continuous improvement.
• Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and events to promote Fresh Basket and drive foot traffic to the store.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
• Sales-Driven: Passionate about sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Brand Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in Fresh Basket’s products and mission to promote healthy, sustainable living.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required.

Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
