Job Description
Frictionless Accounting Services (SMC-Private) is seeking a Personal Assistant to assist our Managing Director and Senior Client Managers. Your role will involve managing schedules, emails, meetings, and other confidential tasks to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and meetings
- Handle emails and official correspondence
- Organise digital and physical records
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and task tools
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
Location: ISE Tower, Islamabad | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00/month
