Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining quality standards, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Hire, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Education & Experience
