The Time Keeper is accountable for managing employee attendance, shifts, and payroll inputs in an industrial setting to ensure efficient workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain biometric/manual attendance records.
• Compile attendance data for payroll and enforce compliance with labor laws.
• Manage shift rosters and process leave applications.
• Generate attendance reports and address employee queries.
