Job Description
FSC Integrated Services seeks a motivated Phone Banking Officer for a leading Pakistani bank in Saddar Cantt, Lahore. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with official transcript, 0–1 year experience, age up to 32, male, and be available for rotating, full-time in-person shifts. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, resolving banking inquiries, and performing transactions with courtesy and accuracy. Required skills: strong verbal and written communication and basic computer proficiency. Competitive salary Rs40,00–45,00 monthly and benefits provided.
