Job Description
The role involves leading agricultural interventions, providing technical guidance, and coordinating field teams to support sustainable agriculture initiatives in rural areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Development, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the development/INGO sector, preferably in sustainable agriculture
- Proven team leadership and project management experience
- Strong understanding of rural agricultural systems and community-based programs
- Significant experience in designing survey methods and other relevant data collection tools
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
