Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor for one of its leading clients in Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards and optimizing workflow while leading a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to achieve targets.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain quality control.
- Monitor equipment and manage maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data for continuous improvement.
- Address operational and personnel issues efficiently.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, 12-14 years of formal education, strong leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
