Job Description
Fun City Pakistan is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will greet customers, provide accurate information about rides and games, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Your responsibilities include answering inquiries, up-selling products, and maintaining a clean and safe area. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required. Morning (10 AM – 6 PM) and evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM, 4 PM – 12 AM) are available.
