Job Description
Fusion Cortex is hiring a results-driven Sales Agent for our Johar Town, Lahore office (on-site). Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT (US business hours). Responsibilities include generating and converting leads, engaging international clients professionally, understanding client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets. Requirements: proven sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred), excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated and target-oriented; experience in construction or estimation is a plus. We offer a competitive base salary (Rs45,00–60,00/month), uncapped commission, performance-based bonuses, professional growth, and full-time in-person work.
