Job Description
Fusion4 seeks a full-time Business Manager to operate and grow our premium play cafe for children and families. You will manage daily operations, staff scheduling and performance, cash handling and basic accounts, hygiene and safety, and drive revenue through birthday parties, events, memberships, promotions, and school/community partnerships. Ideal candidates have café, childcare, daycare, school, or hospitality experience, strong communication and people-management skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a proactive, commercially minded approach. Competitive salary (Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month) with performance incentives and growth opportunities. In-person role; applicants who deliver excellent customer experiences are encouraged to apply.
